Q : I do not have a business , can I purchase product from you?
A : We sell business to business. If you do not own a business with appropriate resale and exemption certification, we will be happy to help you locate a retailer in your area that carries our products.
Q : I am a new customer, how long will it take to receive my order?
A : On average, we ask our new customers to allow up to 3 full business days to be set up in our system and get the product shipped from our warehouse. Once you are set up in our system Teters abides by our carrier schedule to determine how long it will take for your order to reach you. In most cases we will ship your order via UPS, from either our Louisville, Mississippi distribution center or our Bolivar, Missouri production facilities.
Q : Can I place my order online?
A : At this time Teters does not have the ability to process your order over the internet. You may however, contact one of our order entry specialists at (800) 999-5996 between the hours of 8am and 5pm Mon-Fri (Central Time), or fax your order 24 hours a day to our main offices at (417) 326-8061 or email your order to orderdepartment@teters.com.
Q: Is there a minimum order requirement to purchase from Teters?
A : The minimum order requirement to purchase from Teters Floral Products is to purchase in full pack quantities (you cannot order 2 each if the product is packed 12 each). From time to time we run special promotions and there may be minimum volume requirements to take advantage of special offers.
Q: The item that I like comes in an assortment, can I purchase a pack of just one particular color?
A : All items are pre-packaged so we cannot create packages of specific colors. We do, however, have several items that you can select that allow you to order specific color packs.
Q: What types of payment options do you offer?
A : Teters allows its customers to select from a wide variety of payment options. We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.* Teters also offers terms of Net30 to qualified customers.**
* Is not available in some cases to our Canadian customers. Contact a Teters representative to determine availability.
** Eligibility is determined upon completion of Teters Credit Application.
Q: Where will my order ship from?
A: Where your order ships from depends on what type of product that you order. In most cases our everyday Spring and Fall items will ship from our distribution center in Louisville, Mississippi. Cemetery items will ship from our Bolivar, Missouri production facility.
